Ravenscrag Slip Clay is a material that can be added to glaze slurries or used as a cone 10 reduction glaze by itself. At cone 10 reduction, it fires to a silky transparent glaze that can be used as a base for colorants or other additives. When this material is added to a glaze slurry, it suspends the mixture as well as improving eveness of application, drying speed, and reduces shrinkage.
