Shown here is a Base Model VersaTruck with our clear dust– and moisture-proof cover. The cover is made of heavy clear 20-gauge vinyl stitched to 100% polyester canvas top and corners with two full-length #8 molded nylon zipper chains. The open wire shelves are zinc-plated and made of heavy .3125-gauge wire with underside stiffeners of 10-gauge (.135”) wire, all spot welded. All components are trimmed and deburred after assembly to avoid any sharp edges. 1½” 90° riser on one long side. Normally packaged in sets of four with one base shelf (above) to go at very bottom, but can be purchased in any quantity. Load limit: 60 lbs. Each shelf weighs 8.7 pounds unpackaged. This is not the same as throwing a drop cloth over your load. The cover alone weighs 7-1/2 pounds and closely fits the form of the truck with durable canvas at all wear points.

There are many unique features that distinguish North Star Shelf Trucks from all others. North Star uses a much larger, wider, stronger caster than any other manufacturer. Full 6 inch diameter American-made industrial ball bearing casters are rated at 300 pounds each (or 1,200 pounds) and roll easily, even over rough or contaminated floors. All four casters swivel for easy maneuvering and two have foot-operated parking brakes. Shelves are supported at each end by brackets of a unique design that simply drop into square holes spaced every 2 inches along the corner uprights. The spacing between shelves and the number of shelves is instantly adjustable without tools. All shelves except the bottom one, which rides directly on the base, can be placed at any level so there is never wasted space and conveniently slide in and out. For low pieces, such as tiles, the truck can hold as many as 22 shelves. This is the only such truck in the world engineered from ground up to ship by UPS for lowest freight cost and quickest shipping. The truck is made entirely of heavy 14-gauge steel with North Star's blue powder coat finish. Each truck comes with four pair of shelf brackets, which will yield five shelf levels (the base carries the fifth shelf). North Star shelves are simply 24" x 36" rectangles of 1/2" finished plywood. Those who need heavier shelves, some other configuration (such as two 12" x 36" shelves per level) or who want to save on shipping cost find it easy to make their own.

A smart 'art cart' on wheels, this sturdy cart has a solid top shelf and two steel mesh shelves for storing your ceramic supplies while working. In addition, it has a retractable shelf that can be pulled out on the right or left side for additional work or storage area. The top shelf also has four pre-drilled holes to accommodate the brent® Mini Slab Roller (see image below). Welded bottom support rails offer added strength and stability. This mobile, efficient means of loading and unloading your kiln is 47 3/4" high, 36" long and 14 1/2" wide. Steel rods keep up to 16 shelves (up to 20") stored vertically and separated for less damage. Three shelves give you room for stacking posts, cones, stilts, pots, etc. and are interchangeable with our ware cart shelves. This strong steel cart rolls easily on 4" diameter rubber swivel casters. New and improved design! Welded support rails offer added strength and stability and side frames include holes to adjust the top two rails for holding larger diameter bats. This strong steel cart glides on 4" diameter rubber swivel casters and is a great place to store your unused bats. Once in place the casters can be locked to prevent rolling. It holds up to (90) 14" bats, with adjustable shelves for almost any size bat and a top shelf that can be used on a ware cart. And to keep them securely in place, the Batmobile includes the brent® BatBrace. Acting like a "bookend", the BatBrace keeps up to 50 12" or 14" Plasti-bats from sliding. Eight of these brackets are included with Base Shelf Truck Model to give five shelf levels (extreme bottom shelf rides directly on frame). It is an open-ended bracket. The shelf simply slides into place over it and is held in place by its own weight. Items can then be loaded or unloaded from either side. All shelf brackets can be adjusted on 2” centers without tools in just a few seconds and all trucks can hold as many as 22 plywood or heavy-duty shelves or 11 wire shelves. No wasted space.
Keep bats from sliding on the brent® Batmobile with this well-engineered "bookend" that automatically stabilizes bats when inserted into the brent® Batmobile frame.A rubber-tipped stopper tips back the bats, holding them in place. The BatBrace will hold up to 50 12" or 14" Plasti-Bats. More than one BatBrace is recommended when supporting larger quantities of bats or bats made of heavier/thicker material. The bat brace sets on the bars of the cart and the adjustment screw is there to prop up the first bat in the series. If the cart or the bats are wet it may slide back and forth.
