119D Overview .57 Cubic Feet 2 Years Warranty Double Insulated Wall Kanthal A-1 Elements 120 Volts 18 Amps 20 Amp Breaker Required Bartlett Controller The Tucker’s cone Art Kiln Model 119D is an excellent choice for firing small items such as dolls. This kiln is especially useful as a test kiln since it fires to cone 10 using 120-volts. It is a double insulated kiln with 2 ½” of premium firebrick plus 1″ of block insulation. This 3 ½” thick wall saves approximately 30 % in electricity costs and has a safer, cooler outside jacket. The cone 10 Kanthal A-1 elements are standard. The jacket and fittings are stainless steel. The Bartlett electronic controller is mounted on an angled easy view control panel. This kiln is available with either the standard V6-CF keypad or the new Genesis touch screen. The standard model is the BX119D. The Genesis version is GX119D. There isn’t a better-built, more convenient small test kiln on the market today than the Tucker’s Cone Art Model 119D.
