L&L Kiln Mfg. L&L Type-K 8 Gauge Thermocouple
Type-K 8 Gauge Thermocouple (Exposed) with Ceramic Terminal Block - Ceramic tube is 4" Long x 1/2" Diameter. This is the standard thermocouple used in the Easy-Fire, School-Master, Jupiter, DaVinci, Fuego, Doll/Test and Liberty-Belle kilns. It is normally supplied in the kiln with a thermocouple protection tube (although the protection tubes rarely need to be replaced. We strongly suggest that, when changing the thermocouple, you remove the protection tube and empty any metallic oxides that may have fallen off as the thermocouple aged. That material can touch the new thermocouple and make for uneven temperature readings inside the kiln.

25 Amp Enclosed Power Relay with a 12 Volt Coil - Unit is the standard Power Relay used on All Polygonal and X2300-D & XB2300-D Series Kiln Automatic Control Panels, it is also used as the Control Relay for X2800-D & XB2800-D, X3200-D & XB3200-D, T2300-D & TB2300-D, and T3400-D & TB3400-D Series DaVinci Kilns and Hercules and Easy-Load kilns. This contactor is used interchangeably as a power contactor on both 240 volt and 208 volt kilns. The Enclosed Power Relay 25 Amp 12 Volt Coil is identical to the 240V Enclosed Power Relay. LOOK AT THE COIL VOLTAGE. L&L Kiln Mfg company uses both, and it is easy to get them confused. Always check the markings on the relay before ordering parts.

L&L Kiln Mfg. L&L Infinite Switch - for 208v or 240v kilns
240 Volt Infinite Zone Switch - Unit includes a Mounting Nut. This can be used for both 240V and 208V Kilns. NOTE: Often a switch, when it burns out, exhibits overheating on the switch body at one of the spade electrical connection points. When this occurs, the mating connector on the wire may not give good electrical contact if refused. To reduce the possibility of overheating at this point on the new switch, we recommend replacing the female connector and the wire attached to it. If the switch body looks O.K. then do not replace the female wire connectors.
