Why didn't I earn coins for my order?

Coins do not start to accrue until AFTER you have signed up for the rewards program. Be sure to sign up with the same email that you used for your customer account.

My code didn't work!

Be sure that you've selected a product that applies to the reward you've redeemed. For example, a reward for a potters choice flux pint cannot be redeemed for a regular potters choice glaze.

Also, if you have multiple emails, make sure your customer account matches the email you used to sign up for the loyalty program.

Make sure that the code is correct (best practice is to copy and paste it)

When do my clay coins expire?

Clay coins expire after 12 months of non activity. Meaning if you don't order for a year your coins will expire.

Are there any purchases that are not able to earn coins?

Yes, the purchase of a gift certificate will not earn clay coins. HOWEVER, any subsequent purchases with the gift certificate can earn clay coins.

Why can't I join the rewards program?

B2B and schools are not eligible to join the rewards program. If you are ordering for personal use make sure to sign up with your personal account (that is not linked to a school or business)
