The SlumpHump is reversible -- you can pour both a slump mold and a hump mold. Another advantage of the SlumpHump mold is its tapered wall, that lets you vary the depth of the mold simply by adding more or less plaster.

After opening Xiem Clay Center, our plaster wedging tables broke within two years. It was expensive to buy a new one and time-consuming to make. I designed a dozen portable wedging boards and working boards for our students and members. They work great and are very convenient!
The X-Board features a galvanized steel handle for easy portability, a durable, non-skid rubber base, and a canvas surface perfect for wedging and working with clay anywhere you want to take it. I guarantee you will love yours!

This mold actually has a total size of 15 1/8" square, with the inner slump a 10" square. The inner bottom flat is approximately 6 1/4" square with a depth of 5/8". You can trim the clay to the 10" square, or add a "lip" to your dish and trim at the 15 1/8" square. Allow clay slab to dry in the mold before removing.

Made of smooth cast plaster this 9" diameter, 3 3/4" high hump mold is perfect for making bowls, planters, and vases. Just roll out a slab of clay, lay over mold, and let your imagination be your guide as to what it can be!
GR Pottery Forms are wood drape molds ideal for making dinnerware and serving platters. They are cut and beveled fiberboard which make them durable and economical. Easy to use over and over again giving you a tool to create your personalized shallow objects. Jeff has used them for 10 years to create his production line and now is offering them to you. But remember they are wood. They will not last as long if they are left in a wet condition for over a 24 hour period. The timing of making them and removing the pieces from the slab is very similar to plaster. Ship really well and can be easily stored in a dry space. No release agent, cleaning or sealing necessary. Try the "Foot Maker" tool to smooth and shape slab feet or edges. 3" Square spacers are available separately and can be used to lift the molds off the surface of the table after draping the slab so modifications can be made to the edges.
