Paragon Bluebird XL Ceramic Fiber Top with 120V Elements

In the previous top, the elements were embedded between two layers of ceramic fiber board. In the new vacuum-formed top, the elements stay cooler and last longer because they are embedded just beneath the inner surface. The previous design used coiled elements. Because the new top has sinusoidal “wavy” elements, much more of the element wire is near the ceramic fiber surface.
