Need to Pick Up After Work Hours? We’ve Got You Covered with Convenient Lockbox Options!

How It Works:

If you’d like to pick up your order outside of our normal business hours, simply let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest. Here’s how the process works:

1. Request the After-Hours Pickup: When you place your order, just ask if you’d be able to pick it up after hours. We’ll prepare your order and securely place it in one of our lockboxes.

2. Get the Lockbox Code: Once your order is ready, we will send you a unique code for the lockbox combination, so you can access your items at your convenience.

3. Receive a Photo of Your Lockbox: For added convenience, we’ll also send you a photo showing the location of the lockbox, so you can find it easily when you arrive.

Lockbox Guidelines:

While we’re happy to offer this flexible pickup option, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure that your order is safe and secure:

- Weather Considerations: To protect the quality of your items, lockboxes will not be left out during extreme weather conditions, such as freezing temperatures, storms, or during major holidays. We take your product’s safety seriously and want to ensure it stays in perfect condition.

- Size Limits: Our lockboxes are designed to hold a variety of items, but there is a maximum size limit. Be sure to check with us if you’re placing a particularly large or bulky order to make sure it will fit inside the lockbox. We want to make sure your items are secure and easy to retrieve!

- Capacity: These boxes are perfect for holding standard orders, including bags, small boxes, or other commonly ordered items. Larger items may need special accommodations that we will try to meet.
