The Strongest, Most Versatile Ware Cart You Can Buy Designed to provide storage for ware in process, drying, cooling after firing, or moving pieces, the brent® Ware Cart EX includes these features: Top/bottom frame supports that bolt into place Frame is powder coated for greater durability and improved scratch and corrosion resistance Heavy duty, totally locking casters eliminate swivel and turning of wheels Easy assembly -- one person can assemble alone 9 shelves instead of the previous 8 for greater stacking versatility Constructed from 1" heavy wall pipe and welded shelf supports, it is 72 3/4" high, 35" wide and 24" deep. The four 4" diameter rubber swivel casters roll easily when cart is loaded and can be firmly locked in place when needed. Ware cart is shipped unassembled in one carton. An optional set of 12" x 32", 1/2" thick exterior plywood shelves is also available and is shipped in a separate carton. 1-YEAR WARRANTY! Warranty Terms brent® potter’s wheels and all AMACO® kilns are covered by warranties limited to defects in materials and workmanship during the manufacturing process for the time period listed above. Components we purchase for equipment are covered only by those manufacturers’ warranties. Ultimate determination of validity of all warranty claims is at the discretion of AMACO/brent. All warranty work must be done by an authorized dealer or by the manufacturer. Any work done outside of an authorized dealer or the manufacturer will void this warranty. Warranty is non-transferable and must accompany original purchase receipt. The length of your warranty begins from the date of purchase and is as listed above. Warranty Exclusions Your AMACO/brent Warranty will be void if any of the following occur: The warranty period has expired. Repair or service is done by an unauthorized dealer. Damage due to abuse and/or misuse; including but not limited to overfiring and salt glazing, improper installation, rough handling, improper stacking or storing. Shipping damage. Damage or failure due to acts of God such as, fire, flood, electrical storms, etc. Use other than for intended. Normal wear and tear on parts such as elements, bricks, thermocouples, wheel heads, and belts. Modifications to the unit in any manner. Warranty Repair Instructions If you experience a problem with your equipment, the most efficient way to have it repaired is to: Contact the dealer or representative from whom you made your purchase. Provide your model, serial number and the nature of your problem and the Technical Support Agent will provide further assistance. If it is necessary to mail or ship parts to AMACO/brent for further inspection, parts must be sent prepaid. For your protection, insure all parts. The equipment and part serial number must accompany the defective item.
Eight of these brackets are included with Base Shelf Truck Model to give five shelf levels (extreme bottom shelf rides directly on frame). It is an open-ended bracket. The shelf simply slides into place over it and is held in place by its own weight. Items can then be loaded or unloaded from either side. All shelf brackets can be adjusted on 2” centers without tools in just a few seconds and all trucks can hold as many as 22 plywood or heavy-duty shelves or 11 wire shelves. No wasted space.

There are many unique features that distinguish North Star Shelf Trucks from all others. North Star uses a much larger, wider, stronger caster than any other manufacturer. Full 6 inch diameter American-made industrial ball bearing casters are rated at 300 pounds each (or 1,200 pounds) and roll easily, even over rough or contaminated floors. All four casters swivel for easy maneuvering and two have foot-operated parking brakes. Shelves are supported at each end by brackets of a unique design that simply drop into square holes spaced every 2 inches along the corner uprights. The spacing between shelves and the number of shelves is instantly adjustable without tools. All shelves except the bottom one, which rides directly on the base, can be placed at any level so there is never wasted space and conveniently slide in and out. For low pieces, such as tiles, the truck can hold as many as 22 shelves. This is the only such truck in the world engineered from ground up to ship by UPS for lowest freight cost and quickest shipping. The truck is made entirely of heavy 14-gauge steel with North Star's blue powder coat finish. Each truck comes with four pair of shelf brackets, which will yield five shelf levels (the base carries the fifth shelf). North Star shelves are simply 24" x 36" rectangles of 1/2" finished plywood. Shown here is a Base Model VersaTruck with our clear dust– and moisture-proof cover. The cover is made of heavy clear 20-gauge vinyl stitched to 100% polyester canvas top and corners with two full-length #8 molded nylon zipper chains. The open wire shelves are zinc-plated and made of heavy .3125-gauge wire with underside stiffeners of 10-gauge (.135”) wire, all spot welded. All components are trimmed and deburred after assembly to avoid any sharp edges. 1½” 90° riser on one long side. Normally packaged in sets of four with one base shelf (above) to go at very bottom, but can be purchased in any quantity. Load limit: 60 lbs. Each shelf weighs 8.7 pounds unpackaged. This is not the same as throwing a drop cloth over your load. The cover alone weighs 7-1/2 pounds and closely fits the form of the truck with durable canvas at all wear points.
